INVESTIGATION OF Ni-P COATED BAMBOO FIBRE/NANO-TiO2 POLYESTER MATRIX COMPOSITE PROPERTIES

چکیده

Natural-fibre-reinforced polymer composites are most commonly employed in the automotive, aerospace and structural industries. This research focuses on synthesis analysis of dynamic properties a bamboo fibre used with polyester matrix nanocomposite produced titanium oxide nanoparticles. Bamboo-fibre samples were prepared using electroless plating method both their uncoated nickel-phosphorus-coated states. contents (4.5, 9, 13.5 18) w/% nanoparticles (0.5, 1, 1.5 2) without coating examined for these qualities. Coated fibres mixed oxide. It was concluded that thermomechanical reinforced coated allow excellent bonding as compared to fibres.
